A question of technical nature:
How does setting the long middle one spearhead into the shaft work? Because I can't see it work quite clearly.... Seems like the spearhead would keep popping out of shaft...

Its just attached to the hole on the shaft with some kind of adhesive, and I have also used some leather lace top of that. That kind of spears, "angos", were used for throwing, so attaching with tang worked well enough for that purpose. They are from vendel era. [link]
