Two simple knives. Handle of the knife in two upper photos is made from birch burl. Knife in lowest photo haves handle from salix caprea and birch burl. Both blades are carbon steel.

I dont use any kind of jig normally. But these two i grinded with grinder where was kind of arm to stay blade in place.
